1X Growth is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Digital Design and Experience Team, helping us stand out from the crowd. Working both independently and with key stakeholders, you will define and design both products and services, enabling high quality and consistent user-friendly digital journeys for our customers.
You’ll have a portfolio that shows a strong grasp of UX principles across web and mobile app design. Using your expertise you will continually improve and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities:
• You’ll be an expert at framing design challenges, problems, and opportunities.
• You’ll use using insight from customers and data to understand user needs and tasks.
• You’ll be an expert at articulating behaviours, pain points, anxieties and writing scenarios.
• You’ll explore ideas using sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and diagrams to communicate the user experience.
• You’ll be able to explore multiple design directions in a rapid, iterative manner, and be able to clearly communicate rationale behind decisions.
• You’ll be an expert at defining information architecture and logically structuring content
• You’ll create simple interactive prototypes to communicate journeys and flows
• You’ll work closely with the Development and Test teams to ensure your work is correctly implemented and brought to life in the way you designed it to be.
• You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide advice and best practice insight.
• You’ll be capable of running design workshops and managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• You’ll support the wider design and experience team as they explore new design concepts and patterns.
• You’ll design experiences that are accessible and for people of all abilities.
